The documentary "Obedient Faith" was born from the purpose of documenting my experience as an English/Portuguese translator in the interior of the Amazon rainforest, in the city of Afuá, PA.
Filmed between 2022 and 2024, the film portrays the reality of the city and the work of missionary organizations dedicated to children and adolescents who are, in their majority, survivors of abuse or rights violations.

I carried out this project independently, with the sole purpose of sharing Afuá's stories, on a non-profit basis. Therefore, I personally took on all stages of production.
